I'm Axel Condro. Ten years in international hospitality, with a team of 30+ behind every project.
I work in three languages and with multicultural teams: team leadership, financial planning and operational optimization. We operate internationally, and we all represent ZDC.
The method: hands-on work — in the dining room and the kitchen — with hospitality at its core. The result: cleaner books, teams that perform and a better guest experience.
